Third Course: Sorachi Ace paired with Pork Ribs and Vinegar Peppers along with Coal Oven Roasted Chicken Wings
Fourth Course: I Wanna Rye-It Rye IPA paired with Traditional Cheese, Cauliflower and Broccoli Rabe and Sausage "Well Done" pizzas
